Step aside boys...Theres a new sheriff in town! As Eliza makes her trip back to the states, I am taking the liberty of updating everyone on our journey's here in Manila..... And oh what a shift in literary art and creativity this will be.
Yes I know it is Friday and I am a tad behind, but just think about the glories of reading days 10-14 without any breaks?! What?! It's like watching your favorite weekly TV series marathon style. So here we go:
Jet Lagged Josh did not make the early 5am call times so I took one for the team and stayed in bed While Eliza and Jason ventured off to the TV studios. Today was all about the morning shows. Early risers got to witness Jason on Umagang Kayganda at 8am with a brief interview followed by a performance of his single "I Believe in Love Again". But what if you're not an early bird and happened to miss this worm? Well you sure are in luck! Jason rushed over to do a second interview for the ANC Morning Show at 10:30am. 2-for-1 ain't that some fun.
The work day was over by 1pm and that's when Eliza gets some "She-Time" at The Spa. Pedi for Reggie (Regina) and a full body massage. Since Jason and I do NOT like the hands of strangers caressing our bodies, we opted out of massage day and decided to get some much needed rest before we say farewell to our sister.
Eliza's flight was at 10:30pm so we had to rush to airport around hmm 6pm. Airports in the Philippines are overly crowded with long queues and wait times right? Sure, she got through checking in and security in all of 10 mins. But it's good to be 4 hours early just in case. Have fun waiting for the plane for 4 hours. Alone.
